Mark Vanilau has worked with New Zealand’s best - he’s a regular member of Dave Dobbyn’s band, and has played with Trinity Roots, Hollie Smith, Eru Dangerspiel, Ladi 6 and Scribe.      Now he emerges with the first track from a forthcoming EP produced and mixed by Warren Maxwell (Trinity Roots / Little Bushman).

Vanilau, a multi-instrumentalist with a smooth, velveteen voice, recently teamed with Maxwell and Louis Baker, for a series of live shows.   Says Maxwell, “We wanted to collaborate with a focus on vocal harmony, reminiscent of Crosby, Stills & Nash but with contemporary elements and original songs from three Antipodean minstrels”.
